SHIPPING POLICY

• We ship to Lower 48 states ONLY. (the 48 states in the United States that do not include Alaska or Hawaii)
• We do offer FREE local pickup, however, we NO LONGER DELIVER TO CUSTOMER HOMES.
•  We have 2 pickup locations, you can pick one during checkout.
• All shipping will be done between our Normal Business shipping Hours 9:30am-2:30pm Monday, Wednesday or Friday, excluding any USA Holiday.
• We ship USPS first class & priority, you will receive an email with tracking as soon as it ships.
• Ready to ship (RTS) have up to a 3 business day turn around, UNLESS you request personalization, at that time shipping will be stated in confirmation email
• Turn around time (TAT) is 5-7 business days, excluding Holidays and any EPOXY handmade items
• EPOXY/RESIN TAT (Tumblers, Pens, etc.) is 12-14 business days, this allows time for items to cure, as each layer has to cure for hours.
